Starting from a sample or a 3D file we can arrange the solid model and after the mould, after that we arrange the insert (if necessary) and after that we make the polyurethane injection.

Our production regards moulding of flexible and integral polyurethanes.
We have 3 production lines and the polyurethane used are water-expanded, therefore it do not contain substances that are harmut to the ozone.
Our polyurethane system are the result of years of collaboration with our main supplier Dow Chemical S.p.A.
